The facility is located in a quiet district, a ten minute walk to the Old Town. It offers accommodation in four modernly equipped suites overlooking the sea. Guests have access to shared garden grill and pool. At hand reach is a restaurant, a bar and a grocery store.

Apartment no. 1 is located on the ground floor and consists of two bedrooms with double beds. There is a possibility to accommodate up to two people in the living room on a sofa bed of size 140cm x 190cm. The kitchen is equipped with an electric/gas stove, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and all necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom has standard sanitary equipment including a washing machine, corner Badewanne and bidet. The terrace is equipped with table, chairs and umbrella.
